The same team on every journey
Getting a reliable, honest ride was harder than it should be, especially at an airport. So we built the company we wanted to use: licensed drivers, prices agreed before you set off, and a real person to talk to at any hour.
Today we take children to school for London councils, meet passengers at six airports across two continents, and run rides in London, Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, all on technology we build ourselves.

Our Drivers
Every driver and every meet-and-greet staff member is trained before their first job.
Private hire licensed
All our drivers are licensed by the local authority, which makes them legally bound to transport passengers across the UK.
DBS checked
Our drivers are vetted by the UK Metropolitan Police and checked against the Criminal Records Bureau through the Disclosure and Barring Service.

We monitor how every driver performs, and we act when the standard slips.

Built in-house, end to end
Booking, dispatch, driver tools, payments and messaging all run on software we build ourselves: the Simplaa Rides app for passengers, a driver app for our crews, and a staff app for operations.
