Airport & City Rides made simplesimple

“I booked Simplaa Rides for my mum. The driver called her to inform her about a flat tire. It was unsettling at first but the manager I spoke with arranged an alternative taxi and covered the additional cost of £190 to ensure my mum was picked up and brought home safely. It was her first time in the UK but they made sure to easily locate her.”

“I didn't have to look for the driver or the vehicle. The driver was courteous and polite professional throughout the journey.”

“Driver was waiting for us displaying our names. Ride was smooth and driver was courteous.”
